Focusing on the fundamental movement patterns that you perform in every day life. Eg: pushing, pulling, hinging, carrying, twisting - these movements require training to ensure you remain independently mobile for as long as possible, whilst improving strength, balance & coordination.
Personal Training sessions are based at The Fitness Forge (Eaton Socon) and Wyboston Lakes Health & Fitness Club (Bedfordshire). I can also travel to you, depending on your location!

Hi, I'm Jess! Welcome to Rock Solid Personal Training located in and around St Neots. I specialise in functional fitness for all levels, offering gym & home based training sessions.
I am an experienced Level 3 Personal Trainer and can offer nutritional support depending on your goals. I offer 1:1, 2:1 and small group personal training sessions, as well as online coaching with bespoke programming. I am currently studying Level 4 Nutrition to become a fully qualified nutritionist.
My background within the NHS as a senior rehabilitation & physiotherapy assistant has enabled me to transition into personal training with a wealth of knowledge. I am a qualified Postural Stability Instructor with several years of experience working to help prevent falls in the over sixties, through strength and balance training.
If you are looking to get stronger, increase your fitness levels or get back into shape, we can achieve your personal fitness goals together. My aim is to improve your mental and physical wellbeing through education and training.

Small group Personal Training - up to 5 people - rates/location to be discussed depending on numbers
Online Coaching Package - £100
a 6 week gym / home training programme tailored to you, 24/7 support through the True Coach App & Nutritional guidance - calorie/ macro plans
